Cancellation Policy

At Skxn, we prioritise delivering exceptional care and respect for our clients' time. To maintain these standards, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Appointment Changes:

   • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Changes made within this time frame will be accommodated based on availability.

1. Late Cancellations:

   • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

   • We understand emergencies may arise and will evaluate such cases individually.

1. No-Show Policy:

   • Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.

   • Clients with multiple no-shows may have restrictions placed on future bookings.

1. Deposits:

   • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
