Terms and Conditions

By using Skxn’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our policies:

General Information:

All treatments are performed by qualified professionals following industry standards.

Skxn prioritises safety, care, and client satisfaction.

Booking Appointments:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This amount will be deducted from the total service cost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Failure to attend (no-shows) will result in a 100% service charge.

Late Arrivals:

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will incur a late cancellation fee.

Payments:

Full payment is required at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit cards (with a 2.3% processing fee), or e-transfers.

Client Responsibility:

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications during consultations.

A consent form must be completed before any treatment begins.

Refunds:

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Adverse reactions should be reported immediately for follow-up care.

Minors:

Services are only provided to individuals under 18 with written consent from a parent or guardian.

Privacy Policy:

All client information is handled confidentially in accordance with GDPR standards.

Right to Refuse Service:

Skxn reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour, incomplete information, or failure to comply with these terms.

Policy Updates:

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated via the website.
