After Treatment Instructions:

✓ Remain Upright for 4 Hours:
Avoid lying down or bending over (e.g., doing laundry, gardening) during this period to reduce the risk of unwanted product movement.
✓ Refrain from Vigorous Exercise:
Avoid intense physical activity for 24 hours post-treatment.
✓ Avoid Facials and Saunas:
Do not get facials or use steam rooms or saunas for 24 hours to minimize the risk of bruising. Showering is fine.
✓ No Smoking, Alcohol, or Blood Thinners:
Avoid smoking, alcohol, and medications like ASA, Advil, Ibuprofen, and Naproxen for 24 hours. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to use.
✓ Expect Mild Swelling or Bruising:
Swelling, tenderness, and minor bruising are common. Apply ice intermittently and use Arnica cream to help reduce swelling and discoloration.
✓ Avoid Makeup for 24 Hours:
To reduce infection risk, avoid applying makeup for 24 hours. If necessary, apply makeup gently after 4 hours.
✓ Be Patient with Results:
Results may take up to 14 days to fully develop. Wait until then before evaluating the final outcome of your treatment.
